Really nice place, your classic no BS gym. Always welcoming. Everyone I've ever met here is friendly and helpful. You'll want to come back. I've been a member of 7 gyms over the last decade across the country and this is my favorite. Been coming here for over 2 years now and have hit all my personal fitness and physique goals thanks to this place. Only complaint is they're not 24 hours, but I work shift work and am one of those psychos that somehow thinks working out at 3:00 is socially acceptable. Cheers!
