I've done over +200 spinning classes in a year across many studios and OH MY GOD what is going on in love cycle. First of all the teacher didn't seem to know how to instruct and was constantly screaming and not telling precisely what to do. Then she would put on and off the aircon so you would be either sweating or freezing. Then the bikes were wobbly and my feet fell twice from the bike (I saw other people have the same struggle in front of me). All and all, a big waste of my time. Strongly do not recommend. My suggestion would be to make instructors do a proper training before starting to teach and to get new better bikes.
